We have been so busy making drinks that we haven't had time to make this website properly yet, but take a look at the lovely illustrations artists have submitted and also some wonderfull poetry by Grace Pope. In the meantime this is what we do... We supply drinks that we think taste lovely... We make some of the drinks ourselves, as much as possible using fresh local ingredients - mainly fragrant English herbs and flowers. We also source drinks from local producers; when we do this we only buy small amounts so they are always fresh. We always try to make sure every bit of packaging can be either re-used, recycled or composted. We currently make our own sparkling elderflower and rose drink and a sparkling elderflower and ginger drink - which both adults and children love. We are also making an apple and ginger fizz using fruit from a neighbour’s orchard. We will soon supply high quality black tea and earl grey, specially blended for our hard West Country water by a small local tea merchant We sell our products at local food fairs, festivals and farmers’ markets.
